According to experts the key to a lifelong good health is what experts call “lifestyle medicine” — making simple changes in diet, exercise, and stress management will help you with that.

Thinking positively will make your  immune system healthier and will boost your overall health.He also said that getting a good night sleep and doing exercises daily is very important for your health.

Also according to diet expert CHRISTINA REITER:

Eating like a kid which means eating a lot of fruits and vegetables like celery  , grapes ,  carrots , tomatoes and  berries is very good because all of these foods are full of antioxidants . But also avoiding the foods that have a lot of fat in them is very good too.

According to the personal trainer RICK OLDERMAN :

Keeping good company is very good because the healthiest people are the ones with good people how have good healthy habits.But also making a list of the reasons  of why you cant have an exercise program is very important . Even if you make time for five minutes a day that will  have a positive effect on you.Because you had just made a healthy habit where it didn’t exist before.

Tips on how to have a healthy lifestyle:

Having a healthy life style is very important.To do that you should do many things. First, you should have a very balanced diet which contains food from all the food groups. You also should sleep early. And you should do exercises , drink water and plan your time.

But also there are many things you shouldn’t do.  first, you shouldn’t eat fast food and you shouldn’t drink fizzy drinks. You also shouldn’t be lazy.And you should a void using a lot of salt or sugar . But the most important thing is that you shouldn’t smoke. because smoking will put you in the risk of having a lung disease. So, that is what you should and shouldn’t do to have a healthy life style.
