Having a healthy life style is very important.To do that you should do many things. First, you should have a very balanced diet which contains food from all the food groups. You also should sleep early. And you should do exercises , drink water and plan your time.
But also there are many things you shouldn’t do. first, you shouldn’t eat fast food and you shouldn’t drink fizzy drinks. You also shouldn’t be lazy.And you should a void using a lot of salt or sugar . But the most important thing is that you shouldn’t smoke. because smoking will put you in the risk of having a lung disease. So, that is what you should and shouldn’t do to have a healthy life style.
